The Author

Nour Arab is a Palestinian Canadian writer, born in Damascus Syria and based in Dubai, United Arab of Emirates. She has a BA in English Literature from Damascus University and a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA TESOL) from American University of Sharjah (AUS).

 

She values the role of extensive reading as a way of enhancing children’s language competence, raising their emotional intelligence, as well as broadening their imagination and creativity. She Assisted in editing the book Intercultural Communication with Arabs (Raddawi- 2014) and taught English to students of various ages and cultural contexts.
